Agreement
By using Sudoku Guru on the web, iOS, or Android, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Sudoku Guru provides Sudoku puzzles, statistics, tournaments, and optional premium features. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service or for maintenance.
Accounts and eligibility
Classic play does not require an account. Tournament participation uses an anonymous on-device player ID and display name. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sudoku Guru, or have parental consent where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat on leaderboards, automate play, reverse engineer the service, interfere with servers, or use Sudoku Guru in any unlawful manner. We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access for abuse.
Subscriptions and purchases
Sudoku Guru Plus and other in-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled according to the store’s policies. Subscription benefits such as ad-free play apply while your subscription is active.
Intellectual property
Sudoku Guru, its branding, puzzle software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment.
Disclaimer
Sudoku Guru is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudoku Guru shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
