Agreement
By using Sudoku Guru on the web, iOS, or Android, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Sudoku Guru provides Sudoku puzzles, daily challenges, statistics, and related features for personal entertainment. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service or for maintenance.
Accounts and eligibility
Classic and daily play do not require an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sudoku Guru, or have parental consent where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to automate play in a way that harms the service, reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, interfere with our infrastructure, or use Sudoku Guru in any unlawful manner.
Purchases
Sudoku Guru does not currently offer in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. If we introduce paid features later, store billing and refund rules will be disclosed at that time.
Intellectual property
Sudoku Guru, its branding, puzzle software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment.
Disclaimer
Sudoku Guru is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudoku Guru shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
